Retreat Cancellation Policy
Please note that because these retreats operate on a donation basis, we do not have a financial buffer to absorb cancellations if we are unable to fill your place. This means that late cancellations can significantly impact our ability to run the retreat sustainably. With this in mind, we kindly ask that you carefully consider your decision to register and take note of the following refund timelines:
Deposit
The $100 deposit is non-refundable.
However, it is transferable to another person or a future retreat, provided you notify us in advance.
Full Payment
Full payment is due six weeks prior to the retreat.
If payment is not made by this time and no alternative arrangement has been agreed upon, your place may be offered to someone else.
Cancellations 6+ Weeks Before Retreat
A full refund will be provided, excluding the $100 deposit.
Cancellations 4–6 Weeks Before Retreat
50% of the full retreat fee will be payable.
If your balance has not yet been settled, we’ll issue an invoice for this amount.
Cancellations Within 30 Days of Retreat
The full retreat fee will be payable.
If your balance has not yet been settled, we’ll issue an invoice for this amount.
Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered at this stage.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and unexpected circumstances may arise. However, due to the nature of our retreat model, we must adhere to these policies to ensure the sustainability of our offerings.
Travel Insurance Recommendation
To protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances such as illness, emergencies, or travel disruptions, we strongly recommend taking out travel insurance that covers your retreat fees. This can provide peace of mind and financial protection in case you need to cancel or alter your plans.
